I approach life the way I approach golf:  I'd rather be lucky than good.  However, in most cases I feel very fortunate and blessed.

My job deals with the bottom line at EIRMC.  But because of what we do here, I've learned that the real bottom line is: Customer service -- taking the time for each and every person.

The way to make a job more than just a job:  Build relationships and have fun while working with great people.

Most people would be surprised to know this about me:  I'd much rather be the good cop.

Community perceptions of EIRMC have changed for the better because:  We care and they are willing to give us a try.  Once they see for themselves, most are very pleased.
